If you are not fully satisfied with Thexyz Network or your advertising campaign, you may be eligible to receive a refund. Please contact Support through our contact us page and explain why you are unsatisfied. Thexyz Network will evaluate refund inquiries for all reasonable requests for up to the last 30 days of receiving your request. We will provide a response to your request within 2 business days of its receipt.

All of our hosting services (except cloud based), email services and most domains are elidgle for an automatic refund. Some adverising costs may qualify but this may happen automatically.

All service upgrades, support packages, premium membership, wallet refills and plan renewal services purchased from the Web Hosting Control Panel; all 1-year or multi-year domain registration or transfer services purchased at sign-up or from the Web Hosting Control Panel. Advertising campaigns that have already been served do not qualify for a refund and the advertiser balance is not transferable to cash value.
